•  All tourists to Lakshadweep needs to carry ENTRY PERMIT; to obtain the same provide Name, Age & Address, date of birth, place of birth. At    the time of booking. Non-Indians will have to summit copy of Passport.

•  All water sports & sightseeing will depend on climatic conditions & bookings will be taken accordingly at Agatti.

•  During the off season sightseeing to 4 Islands by boat & Water sports will not be possible. Only inland-sightseeing is possible during off    season; will be extra payable.

•  We will not be responsible for any changes in Flight/Ship schedule, as flight is operates by Air India & King Fisher Airlines & Ship by    Lakshadweep Administration.  

Legal Issue and Risk Factors:

•  There are specially formatted rules and Regulations for the Islands; we request you to adhere to these strictly, while you are at    LAKSHADWEEP.

•  Litter the land or the water pollutes the Clear waters.

•  Pick up corals as souvenirs are a punishable offence.

•  There is a prohibition on consumption of alcoholic beverages in all islands except at Bangaram

•  Carrying narcotics or drugs is a punishable offence.

•  Swim or nude sunbathe is prohibited.

•  It can be risky to go out of your island lagoon without permission of the authorities and without a proper escort.

•  The Coconut trees are privately owned and unauthorized plucking of coconuts is a theft. Also a fall from the palm can prove dangerous.
